How we approach every service
Each watch that comes to us is treated as a specific object with its own history and requirements — not as a category to be processed. We assess before we act, communicate before we proceed with anything unexpected, and document what we've done before we return the piece.
Our three services reflect what we're actually equipped to do well. We don't take on work outside this scope — not because we're rigid, but because doing focused work carefully produces better outcomes than attempting a broader range of repairs at lower depth.
Intake and initial assessment
We examine the watch and discuss what you're seeing. For complex repairs, we provide a written estimate before beginning.
Service work
Movement work, case preparation, or component replacement — carried out at our Pattaya workshop. We contact you if anything changes.
Testing and verification
Movement timing verified. Dive watches pressure-tested on our equipment. Results documented before return.
Collection with documentation
The watch is returned with a written service record covering all work completed, parts replaced, and test results.

Dive Watch Service & Pressure Testing
A focused service for mechanical and quartz dive watches, addressing both the movement and the case integrity that owners depend on. The work includes movement service or replacement of gaskets as appropriate, helium release valve inspection where fitted, and pressure testing to a level appropriate for the watch's stated rating. We document the test result on a service card and recommend re-testing intervals based on the watch's usage. Suitable for divers and surface swimmers alike.

Bezel Insert Replacement
A targeted service for replacing scratched, faded, or damaged bezel inserts on dive and GMT watches. We source aluminum and ceramic inserts matched to the original specification where possible, and fit them carefully to ensure the click action remains crisp. The bezel spring is inspected and replaced if needed. A useful service for owners whose watches function well but show wear at the most exposed point.

Vintage Sport Watch Full Service
A considered, multi-week service for sport and tool watches from earlier decades — pieces that have often been worn hard and serviced inconsistently over the years. The work begins with a full assessment and written estimate, and may include movement overhaul, replacement of damaged crystals, gasket renewal, and case work that preserves the watch's original character. We are honest about which elements can be returned to specification and which carry the marks of long use.
