Marcus Wiesner

I brought my Seiko dive watch in after noticing it was gaining about two minutes a day. The movement service sorted it out completely — it's been running within ten seconds a day since I got it back three weeks ago. The pressure test card was a welcome extra.

I'd been told a bezel insert for my GMT watch was difficult to source. Naga found a matched ceramic one within a week. The click action feels exactly as it should — better than before, honestly. Communication was clear throughout.

Brought in a 1970s Heuer that had been sitting in a drawer for years. They assessed it properly, gave me a written estimate broken down by job, and kept me informed when sourcing a replacement crystal took longer than expected. The watch came back running and looking as it should have at its age.

Siriporn Panya

A dive watch my husband uses for work — he relies on the water resistance. They serviced it and pressure-tested it, and the result card showed it comfortably within spec. He's been using it since with no concerns. Straightforward and reliable.

I was expecting a two-week turnaround and it took three — but they called to explain that the movement needed extra attention and let me decide whether to proceed. That kind of communication matters to me. The watch came back in noticeably better condition.

They replaced the bezel insert on my Citizen and inspected the spring while they were at it. The original had been fading for a while — the replacement is a good match and the action feels correct. Work was done within about ten days. I'd return.

Detailed client journeys

PV

Paul Vercauteren

Dive instructor, Pattaya

the situation

A Suunto dive computer watch used in daily professional diving. Paul noticed the watch losing water tightness — condensation forming inside the crystal after deep dives. No movement issues, but he needed confirmation the case integrity was sound before continuing to use it at depth.

the work

We disassembled the case, identified a degraded crown seal as the primary issue, and replaced all gaskets. Pressure-tested to 200m equivalent. The test confirmed it was back to specification. We noted the crown threads showed early wear and advised monitoring at the next annual test.

the outcome

Watch returned within two weeks with a service card showing the pressure test result and the crown wear note. Paul has since returned for the annual re-test and reports no further moisture ingress.

"They told me about the crown before it became a problem. That's the kind of thoroughness I need when I'm using the watch professionally."

Collector, Pattaya expat community

the situation

A 1968 Longines sport watch purchased at an estate sale. The watch had been serviced inconsistently — there was evidence of a previous incorrect lubricant, a replacement mainspring that didn't match the calibre, and a cracked crystal. It ran, but erratically.

the work

Full assessment with written estimate covering the movement overhaul, correct mainspring sourcing, crystal replacement, and case cleaning. Work took six weeks — including three weeks to locate a period-appropriate mainspring. Case was cleaned conservatively; no polishing applied.

the outcome

Watch returned with a complete service record including the previous-service findings and parts replaced. Running consistently within factory spec. James noted the case retained its aged character, which had been his main concern before leaving it with us.

"Six weeks and they kept me informed throughout. The estimate was accurate. And it came back looking exactly as old as it is."
